Return policy
In case you wish to return a product you purchased from the company HELLENIC FURNITURE LAZAROU OE, you have the option to do so within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received it. The above framework also includes the right of withdrawal for any reason.
A necessary condition is that the returned item is unused and in excellent condition, with its packaging intact and complete, with all its accessories.
In any case, it is noted that the shipping costs charged to the customer for the shipping and delivery of their order are not refundable. In addition, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Replacement with another product or refund
After we receive the returned product, you can replace it with another of our products and have its value offset.
Alternatively, you can request a refund.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal - refunds
The rights of return and withdrawal do not apply in the following cases:
A) The product has been manufactured according to the customer's specifications, i.e. it is a custom-made product.
B) Sealed products which are not suitable for return, for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, e.g. mattresses, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors, etc.
